The Barony usually has an event each month. Scheduled Baronial events are listed below, although dates are subject to change. Please contact the event stewards for details. E-mail links are only provided where permission has been obtained but inquiries submitted via the webwright will be passed on to the appropriate person.
Note: As per Society and Baronial policy, all minors attending an event without their parent or legal guardian MUST have three copies of a notarized Medical Authorization Form to present at the gate or they will not be admitted. One copy is to be kept on the person of the minor, one is to be held by the designated caregiver who is in attendance with him/her, and the third is to be given to the gatekeeper. No unaccompanied minors will be admitted.

Per Caidan policy, all minors who do not have a BLUE membership card must also present a notarized Minor's Consent to Participate and Hold Harmless Agreement  which has been signed by a parent or legal guardian before being admitted to the event. This form and the Medical Authorization must both be notarized in the home state of the minor.

For demo requests, please contact us at least two months in advance. In order to do a quality presentation we need lead time to notify our members and make arrangements for participants and/or displays.

Barony of Western Seas Annual 12th Night Celebration

Gather up your favorite Crusaders and don your best middle-eastern garb and help our Baron and Baroness celebrate Crosses & Crescents: 12th night in the beautiful and fair Western Seas. Awards will be given to the "Best Dressed Crusader" as well as "Best Middle Eastern Garb".  A wonderful Middle Eastern Feast will be served throughout the afternoon which is sure to please the palate of any discerning crusader this side of the Arabian Sea!

Schedule of the Day: At their Excellencies pleasure:
10:00 site opens decorate and ready the Hall
12:00 gate opens for payments and check-in (look over OP for procession)
1:30   Purging of the Hall in readiness for Procession
2:00   Procession of Populace and opening court
3:00   Various traditional activities, entertainment, reveling and feast begins with First remove.     
7:00   closing court, awards, and close of event
9:00   clean-up of Hall
10:00 event ends
 
Site fee: $25.00 in advance $28.00 at the door. Children 5-16yrs $10/$13 at the door. $5.00 non-member surcharge for all not having their Blue membership cards. Checks made payable to: SCA Inc., Barony of Western Seas can be sent to the Baronial address: Barony of Western Seas, PO Box 17714 Honolulu HI 96817. Advanced payments must be postmarked no later than Dec. 26th. Please include contact info (email, phone#) so we can confirm receipt of your payment. If possible, please let us know if you plan to attend, and whether payment will be mailed in or paid at the door. This will help our feastocrat in planning

        4. Take the Interstate H1 E ramp on the left                        0.6 mi

        7. Keep left at the fork; follow signs for HI-61 N/Kailua      180 ft
