Unto Their Excellencies Baroness Khioniya and Baron Seosamh of Western Seas,
 
     Tis I, Lord Unberto Pilagrosa sending you a Recommendation for an Award of Arms.  I have been watching this gentleman for the past nine months and he has assisted with 5 Demonstrations.  He has also attended 8 events and has volunteered quite a bit around the campsite.  M'Lord Wonder von Pending is who I would like to recommend at this time to receive an Award of Arms.
